Purposeful Talk Resources

Here are some purposeful talk resources that my teaching partner and I use. We both have a board in our rooms with sentence stems that students can use to frame their conversation. During language workshop we help scaffold students' conversations using these purposeful talk moves. These are really helpful in getting conversation started, especially with young children!
